Everyone should receive a neighborhood mailer with the Town Hall Report and a Car Decal Order Form. Please fill out the form and either mail it in to the Town Hall or drop it by. A fillable form can also be found  here. Decals are only sold to verified Lookout Mtn, TN residents. Please bring a check, credit/debit card or exact cash for payment. No change is provided.
